Mini gaming PC
Mini gaming PC: full performance in an 11-litre case
A mini PC (SFF, small form factor) packs the performance of a large gaming PC into a case that fits on any desk and into any travel bag. NoMadPC builds two mini systems: Mini Gaming for the highest frame rates and Mini Streaming for gaming, streaming and work.
What's inside the mini
Both systems sit in a Lian Li DAN A4-H2O with 11 litres of volume. Inside are a GeForce RTX 5080 in the short MSI Inspire format, 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL28, 2 TB NVMe Gen4, a Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240 and a Corsair SF850 in SFX format.
- Mini Gaming: AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D for the highest frame rates
- Mini Streaming: Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus for streaming and multitasking
- Same graphics card and memory as in the tower
Why SFF is harder to build
In 11 litres every millimetre counts: cables have to be routed precisely, airflow paths kept clear and power supply and cooling chosen to match. That is why we stress-test the minis for at least 6 hours under full load too before they leave the workshop.
Who a mini suits
Anyone short on space, who wants to take their PC along or likes a tidy setup: small desks, living rooms, commuting, bootcamps and LAN events. If you want maximum upgradeability or custom water cooling, a tower serves you better.

Frequently asked questions
Mini Gaming and Tower Gaming use the same Ryzen 7 9850X3D and the same RTX 5080. With its 360 mm AIO the tower has more cooling reserve under sustained load and more room for later upgrades.
The case, a Lian Li DAN A4-H2O, has about 11 litres of volume and fits on any desk and into a travel bag.
We cool the processor with a 240 mm AIO and stress-test every mini system for at least 6 hours under full load before delivery.
To a limited extent. Memory and SSD can be swapped, but the case limits the length of the graphics card. If you want to upgrade a lot, a tower is the better choice.
