The key answers about your PC from NoMadPC — short and without small print.

NOMADPC

NoMadPC builds custom gaming PCs and workstations in its own workshop near Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Every system is configured individually, assembled by hand and tested. We also offer PC tuning for existing machines and partnerships with hardware manufacturers.

Our workshop is in Dreieich near Frankfurt am Main in the Rhine-Main area. Finished systems ship insured within Germany or can be picked up free of charge at the workshop by arrangement.

Every customer has one fixed point of contact, before and after the purchase. There is no hotline and no ticket numbers. You can reach us via WhatsApp, phone or email; written replies usually come within 1–2 business days.

BUYING & CONFIGURATION

Three: a ready-configured system from the prebuilds, available after a short consultation; your own build in the configurator, which we check personally before building; or an individual project built entirely to your wishes, via the inquiry.

That depends on components and effort. We quote the price in the consultation, including VAT and plus shipping. The inquiry is free and non-binding.

Yes. We design workstations around your software and workload, such as video editing, 3D rendering, CAD, AI or software development, and for sustained load rather than frame rates. Business customers receive a proper invoice with VAT shown.

BUILD, TEST & DELIVERY

Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days. On request we build and ship within at most 7 business days from receipt of payment for a surcharge; if we miss that deadline, we refund the surcharge in full.

Yes. Every system is fully set up (BIOS, drivers, updates) and runs a full-load stress test for at least 6 hours. Only systems that pass this test are delivered.

Within Germany we ship insured; shipping costs are shown separately. Pickup at the workshop in Dreieich is free by arrangement. Shipping to other EU countries on request.

QUALITY & SERVICE

More than 200 systems built by the team. Our overclocking and benchmark history is public and dated on HWBOT, so it can be checked from the outside. Every component has to prove itself in real use first.

Yes, with our three-stage PC tuning. Stages 1 and 2 run online via remote access, stage 3 on the machine itself. Process and differences are explained in the tuning FAQ.
