NoMadPC is a one-person workshop. Whoever writes or calls reaches the owner — there is no call centre and nobody standing in. That is also why you will find no availability guarantee here: the reply comes as soon as the workshop allows. WhatsApp runs on Meta servers; if you would rather avoid that, use email or the consultation request. What gets processed is set out in our Privacy Policy.

- Who answers when I write?
- The owner. NoMadPC is a one-person workshop — there is no call centre and no automated answering service.
- How fast is a reply?
- Usually the same business day. We deliberately do not promise a binding deadline: if a machine is on the bench, it takes longer.
- Do I have to use WhatsApp?
- No. The same number takes ordinary calls, and in writing there is email or the consultation request. WhatsApp runs on Meta — anyone who wants to avoid that can take one of the other routes.
